Food Rules: Your Dietary Dos and Don’ts

This may sound weird, but I feel like I should take part in killing a pig at some point. Cow, too, probably. Yes, it might be the fastest road to vegetarianism, but I feel like we should face our food and own up to it. If we can’t do that, we don’t deserve to eat it.

I take offense to that. I’ve been a vegetarian since I was 12 and now I’m a vegan. I’m deffintaly not a “nut-job” just because I choose not to eat any animal products or wear anything that comes from an animal. I have determination and balls to give up animal products for animals and myself. Do some research; vegans and vegetarians live 7-13 years longer than meat-eaters. Don’t try to shun us due to your ignorance. have a nice shorter life :)
